Show Choirs

Express is the varsity mixed show choir at East High School. Made up of 45 singer-dancers in grades 10-12 and 23 student instrumentalists, plus a supplemental crew, Express plans to travel to Ralston “Ramageddon,” Standing Bear’s “The Summit,” Papillion La Vista South’s “South Titan Classic,” Norris “Fields of Talent,” and Lewis Central’s “Clash of the Titans” for competition this year, in addition to hosting the 10th annual Lincoln East “Spartan Spectacular.” Express is under the direction of Lisabeth Wissink, Sam Klemme, and Micah Friesen, and choreography by Ben Eklund with assistant choreographers Matt Watson, Kyan Jurgens, and August Eklund. Express and Espionage look forward to sharing their show with you!

Elegance is the select treble show choir at East High School. Made up of 27 singer-dancers in grades 10-12, and 23 student instrumentalists, plus a supplemental crew, Elegance plans to travel to Ralston “Ramageddon,” Standing Bear’s “The Summit,” Papillion LaVista South’s “South Titan Classic,” Norris “Fields of Talent,” and Lewis Central’s “Clash of the Titans” to compete this year, in addition to hosting our 10th “Spartan Spectacular.” Elegance is under the direction of Sam Klemme, and choreographed by Anne Chapman. 

Elevation is the mixed prep show choir at East High School and is made up of 40 freshman-through-senior singer-dancers, 23 student instrumentalists, and a supplemental crew. This year, Elevation performs at Ralston “Ramageddon,” Standing Bear’s “The Summit,” Papillion LaVista South’s “South Titan Classic,” and Norris “Fields of Talent,” in addition to hosting the 10th annual Lincoln East “Spartan Spectacular.” Elevation is under the direction of Micah Friesen and Lisabeth Wissink, and are choreographed by Ben Eklund and Matt Watson, with assistant choreographers Kyan Jurgens and August Eklund. 

Espionage is Lincoln East's show band. They are comprised of 26 instrumentalists in grades 9-12. This year, they compete at Ralston “Ramageddon,” Standing Bear’s “The Summit,” Papillion LaVista South’s “South Titan Classic,” and Norris “Fields of Talent,” in addition to hosting the 10th annual Lincoln East “Spartan Spectacular.” Espionage is directed by Lisabeth Wissink and Micah Friesen.
