East High School will be hosting our 7th Annual Spartan Junior Show Choir Camp for students entering grades 4-9. Students will spend a week learning from faculty and current students in the East Vocal Music Department. Should registrations be high enough, the camp will consist of two divisions: an Elementary Division (entering grades 4-6) and a Middle School Division (entering grades 7-9). Membership into the camp is limited to 50 students in each division’s show choir.

The goal of this camp is to help our youth grow in their performance skills, make new friends, and have fun in the music-making process. Students will participate in an intensive week of rehearsals, learning choreographed routines, and preparing music for performance. Students will also have the opportunity to audition for a student talent showcase. The culminating activity will be a final performance Thursday, June 7th, at 4:30 pm in the East Auditorium. Admission will be free of charge and open to the public. The cost of the camp is $75 and includes a camp shirt and daily snacks.

Registration will be available in Spring 2020.
